We have a 30 day return and refund policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a replacement or a credit. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUND OR RETURN IS AVAILABLE ON ANY DISCOUNTED SALE ITEM.
We do not offer a refund on any item that you have purchased, but if the item is returned to us in the same condition, we will credit your account and you can use the credit towards the purchase of another item. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also still be in its original packaging.
Refunds or replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will immediately be applied to your account.
Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail or courier your product to: 3 Spekboom Street, Wavecrest, Jeffreys Bay, 6330.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
