Why should I use your washable product instead of a disposable product?
It is 3 to 6 times cheaper than a disposable product over its lifetime because the product can be used at least 200 times. It has 99.8% less plastic waste than a disposable product and you will be contributing to the protection of our planet. It substantially reduces the volume of your domestic waste and the cost associated with treating it as in the case with old age homes where disposable product waste is classified as medical waste and must be treated as such.
How do I select the correct size for myself?
We provide a size chart with a sliding scale for each product size as each person’s build is unique. Best is to select a size where your hip measurement falls as close to the centre of the sliding scale as possible.

Can the ladies’ panty and men’s brief be washed in a normal washing machine and tumble dried?
They can be washed in a normal washing machine at 40 deg C and can only be tumble dried at low heat. It should preferably be hung out to airdry as this will increase the lifespan of the waterproof layer. Be aware that it takes 4 to 6 hours to airdry because of the thickness of the cotton absorption pad.
Can the ladies’ panty and men’s brief be worn any side out?
No there is only one correct way. The cotton pad should be close to the body and the waterproof layer should be away from the body to trap the liquid and prevent it from spilling. If it is worn the wrong way around the cotton pad cannot absorb the liquid as it is blocked of by the waterproof layer. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SILK LABEL IS ON THE OUTSIDE ONCE YOU HAVE GOT THE PANTY OR BRIEF ON.

How many products do I need to order?
You will need to order two more ladies’ panties, men’s briefs or nappies than the number of disposable products you currently use per day. This will cater for the washing and drying time of the products and will last you for at least one year. If this is your first order, start with a minimum of three products. You will further need to order two waterproofs if you order up to three nappies and a maximum of three waterproofs if you order more than three nappies.
